Privacy

Short version: we use your photos to make your pack and nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not train models on them unless you explicitly opt in.

What we collect

Your email address

Needed to create your account and to send you a sign-in link. We also use it for service email — a welcome message, and notices about your account or a change to these policies.

Photos you upload

Used to generate your pack. They are stored against your account so you can regenerate a pack in another style without uploading again, and you can delete them at any time.

The packs you make

Stored in your library so you can download them again. Deleting a pack removes it and its stickers.

Basic technical data

Server logs record IP address, browser and the pages requested. We use them to keep the service running and to spot abuse, and they are kept for 30 days.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data or your photos to anyone.
  • We do not use your photos to train models unless you turn that on yourself. It is off by default and there is no penalty for leaving it off.
  • We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking, and there are no third-party ad pixels on this site.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one only gets what it needs:

  • Supabase — accounts, authentication and the database.
  • Resend — sending sign-in links and service email.
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery.

How long we keep things

  • Photos and packs: until you delete them, or you delete your account.
  • Account record: until you delete your account.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six years.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it you can do yourself from your account page; deleting your account removes your profile, uploads and packs and cannot be undone. For anything else, email hello@peelo.click and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Peelo is for adults. You must be 13 or over to hold an account, and packs are made from photos of adults, pets and artwork — please do not upload a photo of a child.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and no analytics. Details are on the cookies page.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.
