What do I need to make a pack?

One clear photo with the face visible and no heavy shadows across it. Good even light beats a good camera — a phone selfie by a window works better than a moody portrait.

How many photos can I upload?

One is enough. On Pro and up you can add a few more from different angles, which helps the likeness stay consistent across the whole pack.

How long does a pack take?

About a minute for a standard pack. Larger packs and animated stickers take longer, and Pro and up run in a priority queue.

Can I make a pack of my pet? Of two people? Of my mascot?

Accepted Answer

Yes to all three. Pets work especially well, two people in one photo become a single set with both faces, and a brand mascot can be turned into a pack from your existing artwork.

What makes a photo not work?

Accepted Answer

Sunglasses, strong backlight, motion blur, and faces smaller than a thumbnail in the frame. If you can see the expression clearly at a glance, it will work.

What resolution do stickers come out at?

512px PNG on Starter and 1024px PNG on Pro and up. Studio also gets transparent-background source files.

What is a credit?

One credit is one generated sticker. A pack costs credits equal to the number of stickers in it — a 24-sticker pack costs 24 credits.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing month, so they do not roll over. Credits from one-off credit packs never expire.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within the terms set out on our refunds page. If something went wrong with a pack, tell us and we will make it right.

Which apps can I export to, and what formats?

WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage on every plan, plus Discord, Slack and Twitch emote sizes on Pro and up. Stickers come out as PNG, with WebP and GIF for animated sets.

Are animated stickers supported?

On Pro and up. Animated sets export as WebP and GIF at the sizes each app expects.

What happens to my photos?

Accepted Answer

They are used to make your pack and nothing else. You can delete them at any time, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models unless you explicitly opt in.

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account page. Deleting removes your profile, your uploads and your packs. It cannot be undone.

Can I use stickers for my business?

Pro covers commercial use for your own content. Studio adds a commercial licence that covers work you make for clients.
